Structure OF THE COURSE

INTRODUCIÓN:

In the present course will study   diverse methods applied in the optimisation of the use of the telephone


Aims:

That the assistants to the course improve his ratio of results and his level  of professionalism in the telephone attention of calls with commercial sense, and/or sale,  and/or concertación of visits by telephone ,  in his companies.


Methodology:

It tries that the session of formation was the most practical possible:

-They will expose real examples.

-It will urge to the student to take part during the seminar.

-If it exists available time, at the end of the session will do available theatres among the participants.

- It suggests that the assistants to the course write a report of the same to the Director of his company, marking at least an aim of improvement the most concrete and quantifiable possible. ( The psychologists have discovered that the simple fact to write an aim helps to achieve it ).
