How when changing your form to think on something literally changes your body
- The psychologist Alicia Crum in a talk TED* ( is an organisation that devotes to spread ideas ),explains as , in a scientific experiment, divided in two to a group of cleaners of several hotels that previously had manifested not doing any type of exercise; to the two groups did them measurements on his blood pressure, his obesity, his corporal fat, and his feeling of satisfaction to his work; afterwards exclusively to one of the two groups gave him a talk of SO ALONE 15 MINUTES explaining that the endeavour and the movements that did in his work, without that they knew it, fulfilled with what have studied the scientists: 30 minutes of moderate exercise is sufficient to maintain the healthy body. A month afterwards the two groups went back to spend the same controls and the group that received the talk went down weight, level of fat, improved his blood pressure, and had gone up his satisfaction in his work. That is to say A SIMPLE TALK OF 15 MINUTES DID THAT they CHANGED HIS FORM TO SEE HIS WORK WHAT CAUSED A CHANGE IN HIS BODY !!
- The psychologist Kelly McGonigal in another talk in TED*, explained that when you change your beliefs on stress change the response that gives your body to the stress, and showed it explaining the following studio:
In U.S. studied to 30.000 North American during 8 years on the effect of the stress
At the beginning of the studio did them two questions
1. How much stress have had the last year ?
2 . You think that the stress is bad for your health ?
Inside the 30.000 studied, the group of the people that manifested to have suffered a lot of stress, and that said in his response that the stress was bad for the health, had 43% more possibilities to die the following year to manifest it
Inside the 30.000 studied, the group of the people that also manifested to have suffered a lot of stress, but in his response said that the stress was not bad for the health, ( for example could see the stress like a natural response of the body to situations that lived of a lot of tension ),did not augment his possibilities to die !!, even they died less in this group that in the global all the people that studied , included the one who manifested to have little stress !!
The conclusion of the studio is that the people died especially by the belief that the stress was bad; that is to say if you change your form to think on the stress like something harmful, to a natural response of your body to a situation of tension that alive, your body in the reality adapts his response to what your have thought:
An experiment of the University of Harvad showed that to the people to which taught them to see the stress like something natural, literally contracted them less the arteries in a situation of stress that created them in an exercise that to other people that, in the same exercise, did not explain them that they had to accept the stress like a natural response of his body
