After more than 8 years studying to the best of the world that have studied the motivation, to continuation detail the 7 habits that more are used to appreciate in the people that transmit enthusiasm in what they do

1º. As I detail in the following habits, are addicted to all what was positive: positive people, healthy lunch,  see only programs of tv that are positive ( ej.: They do not see the newscast )...Etc
 
2º. They relate with positive people: the human relations are key to be and maintain motivated
 
3º. They move . Although they do not practise any sport, that is the ideal,  look for any excuse for make some physical activity, as it can be walk
 
4º. They value what have continuously before losing it as it does the majority
 
5º. Have clear aims and know to divide them in subobjetivos, and celebrate each subobjetivo achieved by small that it was in the achievement of his dip
 
6º. They sleep around 8 daily hours and, if have time, do a siesta
 
7º. They eat moderately more than 4 or 5 times to the day following a diet balanced
